Heading down south …

If you subscribed to this blog for our Ghan Trip, you will now receive notifications of posts about our next Oz-based holiday. We are heading south, across the seas, to Tasmania, where my brother Ian, his partner Helen, and son Oscar live.

We’ll be spending the beginning and ending of the holiday in Hobart with the family, and in between we’ll do a quick road trip around the island. It’s been quite a long time since we toured Tasmania and for Len there’s much he hasn’t seen at all. I’m just hoping the spring weather is kind to us. But, whatever the weather is, family warmth and Tasmania’s wonderful scenery, great food and fascinating history will guarantee a great holiday.

Our broad itinerary is on the Itinerary (funny that!) page.
